Pre-registration is REQUIRED. Reservations must be made by 6 PM, Thrusday March 6th, 2014. Walk-ins will not be allowed due to building security.

The formal address is 2 Radcliff Road, Tewksbury, MA 01876. (This is at the intersection of Rte 133 and I-495.) However, some older GPS don’t recognize this address; in that case use ‘500 Ames Pond Drive’ instead.

The entrance to the industrial park is next to a McDonald’s and almost opposite the Longhorn Steakhouse, and you take an immediate right at the rotary. Please park in the visitor parking spots

General Information on NES/OSA Meetings

Cancellations and No-shows:

If the meeting must be canceled for any reason, we will try to call you at the phone number you leave with your reservation. Official notice of cancellation will be on our answering machine.

We have to pay for the dinners reserved as of the Tuesday before the meeting, so no-shows eat into our cash reserve. If you will not be able to attend, please let us know as early as possible. Otherwise, no-shows will be billed.
