Please provide the following information for your meeting reservation. Contact information is used to contact you if we need to cancel the meeting.

Please let us know if you are interested in attending the speaker's dinner or just the meeting. You may attend the Meeting at no charge.

  • Dinner & Meeting reservations are required by 6pm on the MONDAY before the meeting.
  • Meeting-Only reservations are appreciated by the WEDNESDAY of the meeting.

Specifying Dinner & Meeting or Meeting Only keeps us from having to pay for people who don't show up.

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

If you plan to attend Dinner, you may pay by Credit Card online (PayPal account is not required). We will accept Cash or Checks at the door.

NES/OSA accepts cash and checks at the door for dinner payment. If you would like to pay be Credit Card please press the Pay Now button to be directed to PayPal.
