We are required to pay for dinner in advance, so

• Dinner & Meeting reservations are required by noon on the MONDAY before the meeting.
• Meeting Only reservations are required by noon on the THURSDAY of the meeting.

Specifying Dinner & Meeting or Meeting Only keeps us from having to pay for people who don't show up.
