New policy set for recordings of meetings.

Due to comments from some of our speakers the council has had to establish a policy on the recording of meetings. In order to respect rights and preferences of our monthly speakers all recording whether video or audio must be approved in advance by the council. Council members will be asked to enforce this policy at upcoming meetings. This approval allows us to make arrangements and seek any permissions needed so our speakers are not surprised in the future.
